1. General Information

Music Mogul Marketing ("we", "our", "us") operates as a digital marketing, music promotion and playlisting service provider. We operate in the UK but provide our services internationally. Our registered address is:

2. Services Provided

We do not take direct purchases through our website; all transactions are initiated through enquiries. While we cannot guarantee a specific number of streams for playlisting, we ensure that submitted tracks will be shared with relevant curators and added to playlists if deemed suitable.

Any disputes should be raised via info@musicmogulmarketing.com. We aim to acknowledge emails within 48 hours and resolve any disputes within 7 working days.

We do not accept AI-generated music submissions.

3. Playlist Monetisation & Selling

Curators must meet the following eligibility criteria to monetise or sell their playlists:

A minimum of 5,000 organic followers
No use of bots or fake engagement
The playlist must be active and growing
To verify legitimacy, we may conduct a one-week test placement in the top 20 of the playlist.

4. Payments & Refunds

We accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

Playlisting payments must be made upfront, while larger projects may be split over two months. Recurring services (e.g., Meta Ads, YouTube Ads) will be billed on a monthly basis as per the agreed contract.

We do not offer refunds unless the agreed service is not delivered as per the contract.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure they have the legal rights to the music submitted for promotion.

All pricing is bespoke and confidential, and must not be shared.

Our playlist curator network is confidential, and clients must not attempt to engage with our curators independently. Likewise, our curators must not attempt to engage with our clients independently. All contracts are strictly between the client/curator and Music Mogul Marketing.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Once full payment is made, the client owns the rights to the designs and promotional materials that we have created. However, users cannot resell these works as their own.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

We strive to align with streaming platform policies, but we are not responsible for any changes made by Spotify or other platforms, including playlist removals or algorithm updates.

We are not liable for a specific number of streams. Campaign estimates may vary, sometimes delivering more or fewer streams than projected.

8. Termination & Breach of Terms

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Payments are not made on time
The submitted music is AI-generated
The artist is found to be using fake streams
For ongoing monthly services, we require one month’s notice before contract termination.
